Liberty
University
Looking forward to that next big step in life and proud to be a part of the Liberty University family.
We will be making highlights on the field and keep our heads in the books.
WHAT I BELIEVE
In my college search process, my personal faith and beliefs played a major role in being a student at Liberty University. My faith pushes me to make wise decisions. Future decisions that will make me a better man, athlete, husband, father and provider. My faith is what influenced my journey for a college to fit my beliefs and goals. My mission is to achieve greatness and encourage everyone to have a relationship with God. Furthermore, I truly believe that their medical programs are one of the best in the state and will help me achieve my goal to become a physical therapist. Their facilities are out of this world, everything you need is right on campus and in reach. Throughout this journey I believe I will be a great asset to Liberty and a great leader to my peers.
EDUCATION
In order to help others, you first must help yourself and obtain knowledge and experience to pass to others.
SPORTS
Commitment to yourself and to something greater than yourself, a team. Physical fitness increases overall production.
COMMUNITY
They say you are only as good as your weakest link. Bring a foundation and help everyone become stronger.
PERSONAL BATTLES
WE ALL FACE OBSTACLES IN LIFE. HOW WE HANDLE THEM IS WHAT MAKES US A MAN OR NOT.
My first encounter with Crohn's was in late 2020, I had very sharp pains in my stomach that almost felt as if I was being stabbed. I later got diagnosed in January of 2021 and it started to become worse. I didn’t know how to stop it or what to do so I tried to stay active, hoping it would just go away. I was in & out of the hospital which caused me to miss my whole freshman season. It was a period where I'd get better and eventually end up feeling normal but it would come back every summer leading up to my junior year. Throughout it all, I still remained hungry and determined, I didn’t let it stop me so I continued playing until I eventually figured out how to remain in remission. I started changing my eating diets & controlling what I put into my system. It’s almost been 2 years since I last felt a single pain in my stomach and I am doing much better to the point you would think it never happened.
Spearheading change with knowledge and experience while advocating and champion the abilities of the youth.

FUTURE GOALS
For football, I want to keep sharpening my skills, maybe even become a captain for Liberty, get a chase to earn some money and who knows, one day I might go pro. Academically, I’m all about getting high grades, and I'm super interested in therapeutic science and exercise science. Balancing both will be a challenge but it’s definitely what I'm shooting for.
I plan to make a positive impact on and off the field by remaining who I am, encouraging others to push beyond their limit, and just being the person any one feels comfortable talking to. I want the world to know my story and how far I have came to get here, hoping that this image will encourage others to push through any negative thing in their day to day lives.
LET'S GO FLAMES
I am excited about the prospect of joining the Liberty University community. With a steadfast commitment to both academic excellence and athletic achievement, I am confident that Liberty will provide me with the support and resources I need to thrive. My journey with Crohn's Disease has only strengthened my resolve to succeed, and I look forward to contributing to the Liberty Flames family.
